Aron Johnson is an internationally acclaimed head chef, having created exclusive menus for discerning diners in Rome, Mayfair of London and Sydney.
He has set the culinary standards for some of the cities’ finest restaurants, including Otto Restaurant, Il Convivio ‘Troiani’, Al Duca and The Lanesborough Hotel. Johnson is a previous UK MasterChef judge, classically trained in French and Italian cuisine, applying his artistry in culinary detail and meticulous produce selection to create exquisite dining sensations.

Krishna Bahattarai has known Aaron Johnson since 2009; where for 8 years they work along side each other in Sydney's Otto Ristorante. Trained in modern Australian and Italian cuisine Krishna's style is influenced by his time at Cafe DOV in Potts Point rated as one of Sydney's best cafe's and shaped by Modern French expression from his time working at The Little Snail in Pyrmont, a fine dining french experience. Krishna's diverse culinary background brings a wide array of talents to the kitchen and his experience is expressed in every dish.
The boys have been working together for almost a decade and you can feel this in the family environment in the kitchen. The relaxed atmosphere and team effort revolve around a passion for great food and it shows in their preparation, presentation and dedication to producing a wonderful experience for each of their guests.
